Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Conditions
    A deposit of 50% is needed to confirm your booking. This is best done by filling up the booking form. After receiving your request for booking we will sent you a link by which you can pay the deposit amount or our bank details for transfer

    Identification
    On arrival the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age to check -in and carry a government issued photo identification showing proof of identity and age

    Early Check-out
    In case of early check outs, any deposit amount that has been paid for at the time of booking and or at the property shall be forfeited. In addition the authorities will require you to pay for any additional day of stay booked by you at its discretion if sought to be cancelled by you with less than the full deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation less than 24 hours notice

    Taxes
    Goods and Services Tax of 12%  is added to the Sub total amount of the accommodation 


    General Policy
    Breakfast is included in most of our stay packages if not included you can order from the Bohemyan Blue menu
    Breakfast time: 9:30 - 11:00 AM

    *No Smoking in the tents.
    *Smoking only allowed outside the tents and should not cause any discomfort to other guests.
    *No meals from outside. 
    *You are allowed to bring your own alcohol under condition that you have a drinking permit.
    *Payment to be made at the property shall be made at such time immediately as as may be requested by the authorities.
    *We don't charge for children below 6 years sleeping on the same bed as parents extra bed for a child below 12 years is charged as per child rate.
    *Children from 12 years and above are charged like an extra adult person.
    *Unless we hear back from you within 12 hours it is deemed that you have accepted these terms and conditions and the same shall be binding on you.


    LIABILITY:
    We accept no responsibility concerning any accidents, personal injury,medical conditions or theft whilst staying in the accommodation. Any breakage or damage to the property either by the signatery or by the members of group must reported and paid for.

    Pets
    No pets allowed on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays we allow pets after confirmation by Management. If you like to take your pet with you on weekdays kindly contact management at +91-7798266600

  • We allow only one pet per tent

  • Charges for your pet depends on size of pet
    Sorry we do not allow cats on any day !

    Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 day before check in to avoid a penalty. Penalty is equal to the 50% of total amount of the booking.

  • In case of Force Majeure because of Government regulations like a sudden Lock Down we will return your prepayment.

  • In case of testing positive for Corona Covid19 before check in date we will re-schedule your check in date .

  • All no shows will be charged with a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking

  • For December Cancellation must be done 14 (fourteen) days before check in to avoid a penalty.

  • Noise Policy
    Whenever there is a group of people staying together there is a chance of a noise problem.To solve this we need cooperation of all the guests.Kindly reduce your sound of speech and instruments -Television Speakers-between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM 

    Music Policy
    We have amplifier and speakers to play music which the management prefers. This is to help create the special ambience of our Bohemyan Blue Stay. We kindly request you not to modify any of this. You are free to play your own music in your tent. Kindly respect our Noise Policy when doing so. In case you rent all the tents than we do not see any problem in playing the music you prefer.

    Terms and Conditions of Bohemyan Blue Stay can change anytime without pre notice.
